Paphos

Web design in Paphos

Paphos serves residents and visitors in roughly equal measure, and a good part of the audience reads the site in a second language. Clarity beats cleverness here: short sentences, obvious navigation, and a phone number that is never more than a tap away.

What a local pack looks like. Position depends partly on where the searcher is standing, which nobody controls.

01

What we build for Paphos businesses

The same work as anywhere on the island, aimed at who actually walks through your door or picks up the phone here.

01

Tourism and property

Listings, enquiries and the trust signals that matter when someone is booking from abroad.

02

Restaurants and local business

Menus and opening hours that are correct on a phone, which is where they are read.

03

Services for residents

Plain information in more than one language, without a translation that reads like one.

02

Written for people reading in a second language

A large part of the audience here - residents and visitors alike - is reading English or Greek as a second language. Short sentences, plain words and an obvious next step beat clever copy every time. It is also why a translation that reads like a translation does more harm in Paphos than almost anywhere else.

Questions

Questions we get asked

The things people ask before they commit to anything.

How long does a website take?

A small business site is usually a few weeks from agreed scope to launch; an online store or a booking system takes longer because there is more to decide and test. The schedule is part of the written quote, so you know before you commit.

What does a website cost in Cyprus?

It depends on what it has to do. A one-page presentation site, a ten-page company site and a shop with payments are three different projects. We quote on the scope after a short conversation rather than publishing a number that fits nobody.

Do I own the site afterwards?

Yes. Hosting, domain and admin accounts are in your name. If you ever want to move the site somewhere else, you can, without asking us for permission.

Can you work with my existing site?

Often, yes. If the foundation is sound we rebuild what is slow or broken and keep what works, including the content and the pages that already rank.

Do you do the text and the photos?

We structure the content and write what is missing, and we will tell you plainly when a real photo of your own work would do more than a stock image.
